Soukchay Non-Deposit Taking Microfinance Institution Sole Co., Ltd. is one of the businesses under “Soukchay Group,” established and legally registered to operate its business since 2023.
We were established with a vision to ensure that every Lao worker has the opportunity to access income-generating opportunities and improve their quality of life through employment abroad, without financial barriers standing in the way. We are committed to serving as a bridge and providing a safe and transparent source of financing for workers who lack sufficient funds or are unable to access loans through the conventional banking system, enabling them to pursue their dreams.
Today, the overseas labor market continues to expand significantly, with strong demand for Lao workers. However, one of the greatest challenges faced by many Lao workers is the lack of sufficient funds to complete the necessary documentation and procedures before traveling abroad for employment.
To address this limitation and support workers, we established Soukchay Non-Deposit Taking Microfinance Institution Sole Co., Ltd. in 2023. Today, we are proud to provide credit facilities that fully support the financial needs of qualified workers, helping make overseas employment opportunities more accessible and reducing the financial barriers associated with the journey.
