We aim to strengthen our leadership and establish our business units as leading service providers in employment services and human resource development.

We will promote close cooperation with the Lao government and private sectors, while building partnerships with international investors to create mutually beneficial opportunities. We also aim to establish a centralized labor market information system driven by data and systematic processes. This system will support employment opportunities for both domestic workers and Lao workers returning from overseas employment upon completion of their contracts.
