Our transparent procedures are as follows:

1. Application and Job Selection

Individuals interested in working in Thailand under the MOU system can contact our staff directly at the company or reach us through our online channels to receive free information and guidance regarding application requirements, costs, and available job positions. There are no charges whatsoever during the application stage.

Applicants can choose the type of job they wish to apply for. If they meet all the qualifications and requirements specified by the employer, the company will proceed with the recruitment and placement process for the job position selected by the applicant.

2. Document Preparation and Processing

The company will be responsible for preparing the required documents, preparing the employment contract, submitting the visa application through the relevant embassy, and coordinating with all relevant authorities and parties throughout the process.

Workers will be kept informed of the progress of their documentation at each stage, allowing them to have confidence that their employment documents will be processed correctly and in accordance with the applicable requirements.

Workers do not need to handle the complicated document-processing procedures themselves. They only need to prepare and provide the documents initially requested by the company, such as the original passport and recent photographs.

3. Pre-Departure Training and Preparation

All workers whose names are confirmed for departure are required to attend training at the company's designated training center, which is equipped with appropriate standards and essential facilities.

The company provides training on Thai culture, etiquette, daily living, and the nature of the job. Workers are also trained on labor laws, employment benefits, regulations, and various rules and restrictions in Thailand that they need to understand and strictly follow.

Special Service:
For workers traveling from other provinces, upon arrival at the Southern Bus Terminal or the railway station, we provide free transportation to the accommodation arranged by the company.

Workers will stay in clean and safe accommodation prepared by the company and will receive meals throughout the training period at the training center, at no additional cost.

4. Travel to the Training Center in Nong Khai, Thailand and Legal Worker Documentation

When traveling to Thailand, our Soukchay team will accompany workers throughout the journey to provide supervision, guidance, assistance, and support until they arrive safely in Thailand.

We will accompany workers across the border and take them to the training center in Nong Khai, Thailand, where they will participate in the required worker training and complete the necessary documentation and worker identification procedures for foreign workers.

Workers can be confident that they will be employed legally and will receive the rights and protections provided under the applicable laws.

5. Handover to the Employer

In the final stage, the company will coordinate with the employer and safely and properly hand over each worker to their employer in accordance with the applicable legal procedures.

In addition, we continue to monitor the workers during the initial period of employment, providing consultation, guidance, and assistance throughout their employment in Thailand.
