Soukchay Agricultural Development and Trading Sole Co., Ltd. is one of the businesses under Soukchay Group, established in 2020 in alignment with the government’s policy to promote domestic products and strengthen the development of local industries. The company has pioneered initiatives in agriculture and trading, including pig farming and cassava cultivation, with the aim of becoming an important force in strengthening the country’s economic foundation.

Our core mission is to advance Laos’s agricultural and trading sectors toward an integrated, full-cycle development model, while also serving as a center for employment opportunities. We aim to contribute to reducing unemployment and creating stable and sustainable sources of income for the people of Laos.

We have strategically planned to establish an “Integrated Agricultural Development Center” under Soukchay Group. The initiative is designed to maximize the productive use of available land and create sustainable economic value. The project will utilize Lao workers returning from seasonal employment in the Republic of Korea as a key workforce, while applying modern agricultural knowledge, techniques, and international experience to the development and implementation of practical agricultural projects in Laos.

We place strong emphasis on the production and processing of high-quality agricultural products, not only to supply and serve the domestic market but also with the long-term goal of exporting Lao agricultural products to international markets.

Another important objective is to create new employment opportunities for workers returning from employment contracts in the Republic of Korea, Japan, and Thailand. In particular, we aim to support workers who have exceeded the age criteria for overseas employment and are no longer able to work abroad, by providing them with suitable employment opportunities within organizations and factories in Laos through cooperation with relevant partners and stakeholders.
