We provide a dedicated reporting channel for workers, partners, and members of the public to report concerns, submit complaints, or provide feedback regarding practices they believe to be non-transparent, unfair, exploitative, or involving the unauthorized use of the company’s name by fraudulent individuals or groups.
Upon receiving a report or complaint, the company will investigate the matter according to the following procedures:

3. Disciplinary Action and Legal Compliance
If clear evidence confirms that any employee has acted improperly, including engaging in non-transparent practices, accepting bribes, falsifying documents, misusing company assets for personal gain, or engaging in any unlawful conduct that causes harm to the organization, customers, business partners, or violates applicable laws and regulations, the company will take appropriate disciplinary action, which may include immediate termination of employment, and pursue legal action where applicable.
